Is the way we kill ourselves
Never showing appreciation to ourselves
Listening to the outside world
That fuck our mental health
Never stop to think if it’s  what we need
We just take it because of everyone else
A free ticket to hell
What work for me might not work for anyone else
Writing is just the way I express myself
Everyone needs to find what’s best for them
