Silence pitch black

Only in the darkness will you be able to see the light. A.J

Shining stars are no more,
The sun has set and the moon refuse to appear,
The street lights are broken beyond repair.
The clouds are high,
And it is hard to tell if they are gray or white.
Little bits of rain flatter down,
The trees have fallen asleep,
No humans are on the streets,
The wind has fallen silent to our needs.
The birds are asleep,
And night cricket refused to chirp,
They think it’s of no need.
It’s like the world have gone still,
Remaining motionless beneath our feet,
To take its time to breathe,
And  Silence pitch black is all that’s left to see.

Exodus 20:21 The people stood far off, while Moses drew near to the thick darkness where God was.

.

I lay there,
Watching as you wash up to the shore.
How beautiful you are,
When you’re humble and pure.
The wind that comes along,
Is like heaven.
How wonderful the moon and the stars are,
I knew you were a match made in heaven.
