Finger tip grips my throat
Finger tips won’t let me go
Finger tips cut my air off
Finger tips took my future, leaving me in the pass.

My mind
Tomorrow seems no different from today
That’s what my worried mind says
Yesterday was just yesterday
If the rain should fall, it is going to fall, anyway
No doubt I’m being realistic again
That’s what my mind says
If it’s meant to be, it will be
But I am a little impatient today
So, check-in tomorrow, my brain refuses to work today.
